What to expect

Condition varies by piece

Plenty of pieces here have no flaw at all. Others do. Look the piece over in person before you buy — and confirm exactly which parts are included.

Some pieces are partial

A few items are part of a larger set — one nightstand from a bedroom group, a loveseat without its matching sofa. Check the tag or ask a salesperson what is included.

First come, first served

Inventory here turns over fast and nothing is held. When a piece is gone it is gone, so if you spot something on the camera it is worth the trip.

Before you buy

  • Sold as-is. The piece comes with its flaws, and those flaws are not covered by warranty. Check your item carefully before purchasing so nothing is a surprise at home.
  • Pick up within 48 hours. Scratch & Dent purchases need to leave the floor within two days so we can keep the room moving.
  • 7 days to return. Closeout, clearance, and Scratch & Dent items carry a 7-day return window rather than our usual 30. Returns are handled here at the store.

The camera gives you a preview. The deals happen on the floor — walk the room, look it over, and take it home the same day.
